Harden Park

Harden Park was our first relatively large-scale development, undertaken in 2018. The site was located in the heart of Cheshire, a region renowned for its desirable residential communities and premium housing demand.

The development comprised 11 high-end, single-storey homes, each designed with a strong focus on:

• Luxury living – high-quality finishes, spacious layouts, and bespoke detailing.
• Exclusivity – a limited collection of residences forming a private community.
• Contextual design – properties that complemented the surrounding Cheshire landscape and character.

The site required careful planning to balance a cohesive estate identity with individually unique homes, ensuring each residence delivered both market appeal and long-term value.
