The design needed to maximise natural light, provide contemporary spaces, and integrate harmoniously with the hillside setting. Key objectives included: Delivering an extension partially built into a hillside. Using premium ashlar stone and aluminium framing to complement the landscape. Introducing large skylights to flood interiors with natural light. Ensuring the extension enhanced both the property and the wider golf course
